The 64-bit multicore CPUs distribute the applications optimally to the different processor cores. ctrlX CORE offers scalable control of single-axis movements through to highly complex multiple axis movements. It implements different technology functions with complex arithmetic operations in parallel with a high control quality and communicates with higher-level systems. Data can be processed comprehensively by the control system when ctrlX I/O is activated. Optional I/O modules for additional functions and communication protocols in the same form factor simplify scaling.
