Ioannis Capras joined Bosch in January 2012 as Chief Executive Officer of Robert Bosch Greece. He is the representative for the Bosch Group in Greece with responsibility for Greece, Cyprus, Albania and Malta. Prior to joining Bosch, Ioannis was the Chief Financial Officer for Allianz Greece from 2006, having joined Allianz SE as Regional Manager within the Europe Division at the company’s head office in Munich in 2000. He graduated from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich with a Master’s in Business and Administration in 1992 and has been a member of the German-Hellenic Chamber of Industry and Commerce since 2012.

Dirk Slama is a Vice President at Robert Bosch GmbH, chairman of the digital.auto initiative, conference chair of the Bosch ConnectedWorld, and Editor-in-Chief of the Digital Playbook for OEMs and manufacturers. He is the director of the AIoT Lab at the Ferdinand-Steinbeis-Institute, where he also holds a full professorship. Dirk has 25 years of project experience in automotive, aviation, manufacturing, and telecoms. He is co-author of 4 successful books and holds a PhD in Information Systems, an MBA, and a Diploma in Computer Science.

Diomidis Spinellis is a Professor of Software Engineering in the Department of Management Science and Technology at the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Professor of Software Analytics in the Department of Software Technology at the Delft Technical University. His research focuses on software engineering, IT security, and machine learning applications. He has written two award-winning, widely-translated books: “Code Reading” and “Code Quality: The Open Source Perspective”. His most recent book is “Effective Debugging: 66 Specific Ways to Debug Software and Systems”. He has also published more than 300 technical papers, which have received more than 14000 citations. He has contributed code that ships with Apple’s macOS and BSD Unix and is the developer of ai-cli-lib, Alexandria3k, git-issue, and other open-source software packages, libraries, and tools. Dr. Spinellis is a member of the IEEE Press Editorial Board, Editor-in-Chief emeritus of the IEEE Software magazine, member of the ACM Distinguished Speakers program, and a senior member of the ACM and the IEEE.

Quintauris CEO Alexander Kocher most recently served as President and CEO of Elektrobit, a global supplier of embedded and connected software products for the automotive industry.
Prior to joining Elektrobit in 2011, Kocher was vice president and general manager of Wind River’s automotive business unit.
Alexander has enjoyed a long and varied career, holding multiple senior management and engineering roles in prestigious companies such as Continental, Siemens and Infineon. Alexander holds a master’s degree in electronic engineering.

Anthi Tsirogianni is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in the Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (CCH). She has held various leadership positions in CCH, driving digital transformation initiatives mainly in Supply Chain and Commercial. Currently, she is responsible for leading the digital transformation efforts in Manufacturing & Maintenance, leveraging data, technology, and insights to drive faster and stronger results. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering & Informatics from the Polytechnic of Patras.

Suzana Rari is a supply chain professional with over 20 years of experience in the Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (CCH). She has held various managerial positions in manufacturing, engineering and logistics, leading large and diverse teams. She has also participated in major restructuring and optimization projects, utilizing lean manufacturing principles and digital solutions. She holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from the University of Manchester and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.

Andreas Enotiadis is the CTO for global mobility sales @Cisco. In his 25 years there he has built and supported a number of innovative solutions, especially in the service provider space, such as orchestration systems, early SD-WAN systems, SDN Controllers and others. His current interests and work centre around encrypted IP flow analysis and management, unified wireless infrastructure and large scale IOT devices & protocols.
Andreas holds a PhD in Fluid Mechanics & Combustion from Imperial College and lives in Athens, Greece with his family enjoying the unique combination of mountains and sea in the country.

John Kikidis is Global Ecosystem Lead for the Renesas Ready Partner Network of Renesas Electronics. He is a senior professional, experienced technology executive, cofounder, and entrepreneur in technology innovative startups, with thirty+ years of business experience in software, electronics, and semiconductor industries, and a robust skill set that includes Business Development, Business Strategy, Product Marketing, Telecommunications, Start Ups, Entrepreneurship and more. He is currently also co-founder and Chairman at Eyelead Software and member in the board of directors at the Hellenic Emerging Technologies Industry Association (HETIA) and at Orange Grove. John joined Dialog Semiconductor as a Program Manager in 2015 and came into Renesas Electronics through its acquisition of Dialog in 2021. Previously he was Product Development Director at the Citrix R&D Center for about 2 years and CEO at Analogies, a University of Patras spin-off, for 7 years. Before, he served for about 7 years at Intel in several engineering, marketing, and management roles, with the last as Strategic Marketing Manager. Earlier, he was Business Development Manager in GiGA. He came into GiGA when it acquired in 1999, his co-founded back in 1992 startup, Synergy Systems. He received his Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Integrated Master) in 1990, from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Patras, Greece.

Michalis is the Managing Director for HPE Greece and Cyprus since January 2018.
Michalis joined HP in 1994 as a Presales Manager in the Enterprise Systems Group. After 2002 he spent five years as the Enterprise Servers Storage and Networking manager leading Industry Standard Servers and UNIX Lines of Business in the first market share position in Greece and Cyprus.
From 2007 until 2013 Michalis was assigned to the positions of Sales Manager for the Enterprise Group and then to the Technology Services Group of HP in Greece and Cyprus.
In 2013 he assumed a regional role as a Technology Services Support Manager in the regions of Greece, Cyprus and Africa.
Michalis holds a Degree in Mathematics from the University of Athens and a master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Glasgow. He is based in Athens, Greece

Emmanuel Zervakis was born in Athens, Greece in 1975. He received both the Bachelor degree in Physics and the Master degree in microelectronics from University of Patras in 1997 and 1999, respectively. He received the PhD in 2004 from National Technical University of Athens, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. During his PhD, he designed signal conditioning electronics for solid state detectors for High Energy Physics Experiments.
He worked from 2001 up to 2004 to THETA Microelectronics as a Junior integrated circuits designer. He participated in all projects of the company designing both baseband and radio frequency analog circuits introduced to the new transceiver architectures targeting modern wireless communications. He joined THEON Sensors early in 2005 as a Senior Electrical Engineer in the MEMS department and from 2008 he became Electronics Development Manager. He participated either as Project Manager or Technical Leader to various ESA, FP7 and National Funded projects that were successfully implemented. In 2010 became Director of the MEMS Business Unit of THEON Sensors S.A.
Dr. Em. Zervakis became the General Manager of European Sensor Systems S.A in 2013, a high tech company developing sensors systems based on MEMS technologies targeting medical, industrial and aerospace applications. At 2018 became Chief Operating Officer of ES Systems and since 2021 he is the Chief Business Officer. He is responsible for corporate strategy, new technologies and business development.
Since 2012, he is BoD member of the Hellenic Association of Space Industry (HASI) and since 2016 President of the Hellenic Emerging Technologies Industry Association (HETIA).

Vassilis Tsagaris founded Irida Labs with the aim to bridge the gap between a camera and a human eye by bringing visual perception to any device, making edge computer vision accessible to everyone. Jay Limbasiya is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in artificial intelligence (AI) and data science. He currently leads the Global AI & Data Science business development at Dell Technologies, where he has designed and launched numerous AI solutions across a range of industry verticals. Jay has been awarded three international patents, with one currently pending.
Jay holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, a master’s degree in Information Technology: Systems Engineering, and an MBA, all from the University of Maryland, University College.

Kai Hackbarth is Head of Products and Solutions Europe at Bosch SDS. In his prior role Kai was Business Owner Industrial at Bosch.IO. He has more than 23 years of experience as an Evangelist & Product Manager with a focus on IoT middleware and device management in many different domains, such as Smart Home, Industrial IoT, Automotive.
Kai has been active in various standardization initiatives. He was in the Board of Directors and Chair of the Residential Expert Group at OSGi Alliance as well as Chair of the Over-the-Air Special Interest Group at the Industrial Internet Consortium.

Apostolos Thasitis is Business Development Manager at Robert Bosch Greece. He has 20 years of experience in sales and engineering functions of manufacturing, industrial automation and machinery. Currently he is driving AIoT digitalization activities of Bosch Software and Digital Solutions in the region. In his role he has managed several digitalization initiatives in various domains like Industry 4.0, IoT, Smart cities and e-mobility. He holds Engineering degrees in Electronics and Control Systems, an MBA and has mentored several start-ups in Greece and the UK.

Oscar Garcia is Principal Consultant for Sustainability, Lean Management, and Industry 4.0 at Bosch Software and Digital Solutions Europe. With over two decades of experience in industrial operations, Oscar has worked across various divisions of Bosch around the globe. His extensive background includes leading diverse transformation projects in culturally distinct environments such as Germany, Russia, Mexico, USA, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and India.
Through these experiences, Oscar has developed a comprehensive understanding of use cases, best practices, and state-of-the-art technologies. As a result, he is equipped to serve as a knowledgeable Digital Advisor and Consultant, guiding companies through their journey of Sustainability-Lean-Industry 4.0 Transformation.

Dr. Kyriacos Sabatakakis is the Country Managing Director of Accenture in Greece and Bulgaria with responsibility also for several markets in Southeastern Europe in the telecommunications industry, overseeing a practice of more than 2,500 Consultants.

He has held this position since September 2003 and has led multiple projects both in Greece and internationally on strategy, business transformation, technology, operations and digital entrepreneurship in big corporations and organizations. From 2003 to 2008, he was also responsible for Accenture’s global mobile network business. In addition, since 2017 he has co-authored a series of studies in Greece with the aim of mapping the country’s position in the global business and technological landscape, actively contributing to the national dialogue on the forces shaping our era. He worked for many years with Andersen Consulting in Zurich as well as high tech companies in Switzerland.

He holds a BSc from Yale University, an MSc from Dartmouth College and a PhD from the National Technical University of Athens.

Iakovos is the Product Development Director of Think Silicon, an Applied Materials Company and co-founder of Think Silicon S.A. With over 20 years of experience in the Computer Graphics and Semiconductor industry, he held the role of CTO at Think Silicon S.A., where he built multidisciplinary teams codesigning HW and SW that deliver Ultra Low power Graphics Processors to market. He has a strong technology track record in bringing new technology innovation from concept to implementation and subsequently to commercial products. He has worked for Advanced Rendering Technology in the UK and USA, where he co-engineered the first Ray Tracing Graphics Engine chip. In Greece, he successfully led teams of engineers in Atmel’s Multimedia and Communication Business Unit to the tape out of numerous devices that reached mass production in the multimedia and wireless markets. He has a D.Phil from the Centre for VLSI and Computer Graphics of the University of Sussex, UK.
