If you have IP filtering within your applications or networks for Bosch IoT Insights in place, you will need to update those filter rules.
If no such measures are in place there is nothing to do.
We are going to update our network architecture to be more efficient, which will cause a change of the public facing IP address ranges that have been in use since December 2022.
New IP Range: 20.218.105.228/30
It includes the following IP addresses: 20.218.105.228, 20.218.105.229, 20.218.105.230, 20.218.105.231
Requests from Bosch IoT Insights services like HTTP Requests from Dashboard widget data sources, action buttons, and pipeline steps will originate from the new IP range after the switch.
The switch over is planned for July 2024.
For those who filter outgoing requests from their servers: The bosch-iot-insights.com domain name will also resolve to a new IP address which is part of the IP range.
